Not a cheap place to eat! A GREAT SPLURGE HOWEVER! Only complaint the tator tot casserole was a bit too salty and I use a lot of salt. Inventive cocktails.
I have eaten here before, as well as The Shack and The Corner Pub and Grill (sister restaurants next door) as I have Celiac Disease, and I just wanted to write a quick THANK YOU review, which I do not do all that often. Wonderful atmosphere and the food was amazing. They go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. Special thanks to Chrissy for helping to coordinate a reservation for my family reunion. And very special thanks to our waiter Aaron, as his demeanor and attention to detail really made it meaningful and memorable. My entire family was very impressed and this helped solidify the fact that we had made the right choice for dinning on our special occasion. Please visit them if you have not already. Thanks again!
We've really enjoyed our experiences at the Tavern. We've gone for work events, and have also sat at the chef's table twice. Last night Louis was the chef working and he made our experience even more enjoyable by explaining much of the food to us and even offering us a taste of some items that encouraged us to order more dishes to go! The food is always delicious even the edamame and bread they give you before dinner are enough to keep me coming back. Dietary restrictions: They have a full gluten free menu and even a vegetarian menu that give you so many options to choose from.
We wish more restaurants were like this one. We enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. All the employees worked as a team, very knowledgeable and seemed truly happy to be there. The food was amazing! There were so many wonderful choices. They have separate vegetarian and gluten free menus. We will definitely be back!!
We were excited to try the Tavern tonight for the first time. We were a bit underwhelmed. I only got 3 scallops for a $45 entree (even Disney will give you 4 for the same price). Additionally, the fries and baked cookie had a burnt aftertaste from the oven. For $150, we thought it was significantly overpriced for what we got.
