Starbucks - St. Johns

Starbucks is a fantastic place! I usually order from my phone, and sometimes it can be a bit challenging to get exactly what I want. I give Starbucks four stars because I tend to order the same thing, but it doesn't always taste the same. Occasionally, they forget something like the sweet cream foam, which costs an extra dollar. I've also had experiences where they accidentally spill some of my coffee but are quick to offer a replacement. I feel guilty asking for a new drink, especially since they are often so busy. Overall, the customer service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. I realize I might be the one with the problem!

The staff at this location are consistently friendly and professional. My cappuccino and pup cup were spot on. Although there's often a long line, they manage to move things along quickly. However, I do wish the wait wasn't so lengthy. I don't think that it's Starbucks' fault, though.

I absolutely love this place! The baristas are incredibly friendly. One time, we brought our boxer puppy with us, and they surprised us with a pup cup for her, which she enjoyed immensely. I regret not catching the names of the baristas because they always provide great service. They are quick with orders, but when things slow down, everyone in line receives a $5 gift card! This has happened to me about twice. I also mistakenly ordered online from the wrong location, and they generously gave me a free drink! It's conveniently close to my home, and I just can't get enough of it. I highly recommend this place and would give it 10 stars if I could!
