The decor is a subtlely sophisticated setting for remarkable foods that meets all current buttons about “local and fresh” without pretentious. Never has a bad meal, from the most expensive fish to their $12 burgers, but my favorite may be their cured chicken. The service is knowledgeable and impeccable, but not pretentious again.
