The Office Lounge The Hilton Garden Inn

I have been a loyal Hilton Honors member for many years, but my recent experience at this location has made me rethink staying here again. When I checked into my room, I was disappointed to find dirty bathrooms, a lack of toiletries, and a broken ironing board. Additionally, I requested room service and found that my room had not been cleaned when I returned at the end of the day. This level of service is unacceptable.

This hotel is a wonderful choice for tired business travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. There's also a great restaurant just across the parking lot, the Utah Rib and Chop House, where I enjoyed a fantastic pot roast dinner that really helped me recharge. The swimming pool was a lovely spot to relax, and it wasn’t overly crowded or noisy. If you're passing through or heading to St. George, I highly recommend giving this Garden Inn a try—you won't be disappointed. I appreciated having extra feather pillows to sleep on and a spacious work area to plan out my week; this hotel met both of those needs perfectly.

We stayed for one night and found the room to be clean. The morning staff was extremely helpful! The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

St. George might not offer many bar options, but The Office is a great fit for the neighborhood. It’s a cozy spot, somewhat hidden, and even has a pool table. It’s an excellent place to relax and enjoy a drink if you’re looking for a low-key atmosphere. However, I had a disappointing experience with the bartender; they struggled to pour a proper draft. I haven't returned since. I hope they improve their beer pouring skills!

This is a fantastic little spot. There’s no loud music, so you can have a nice conversation, and the food and drinks are surprisingly good. The prices are mostly reasonable. I tried the Dragonfire flatbread pizza, which was unique and delicious—think of it as a fusion of pork belly and Thai flavors. The service was decent, but it did get fairly busy, and since there was only one person managing everything, the service was a bit slow unless you went to the bar to place your order. Once things calmed down, the table service improved. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back!
