The front waitress was rude, I had to wait 40 minutes for my order, and other people received their food before me. I had to get upset in order to receive my order. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order and had to return to the restaurant. However, the manager I spoke with was very kind and helpful in confirming my order. I also had to address the issue of the rude waitress with the manager, but she handled my complaint efficiently, taking only 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Overall, the manager was wonderful.
The cooks act like they don't want to be here and there is only one waitress working as the host
Poor customer serviceHailey was the server. She literally laughed as she gave me this with the coffee and apologized that they had no dishwasher.Then she informed me they were out of 85% of their menu .
Terrible service, too many slow and bad tempered, they work very poorly ??
Kristen did awesome! She was running around cooking and waitressing. Apologizing for the wait but I didn't notice much of a longer wait. If I wanted fast food, I would have gone to Wendy's. Regardless, the food came out awesome! The staff was more than helpful, respectful and so nice!! If I didn't live 900 miles away, I would be coming back for sure, just for Kristen!!
