Chef Alfredo's St George - St. George

Great place for a good meal and excellent service. I only give it 4 stars however due to the music they play. It is so loud that you can barely hear what your dining partners are saying. We have a small ladies group that eats there periodically, but every time the music has been loud. When asked, they did turn it down for us once.

Chef Alfredo's is a great restaurant! We had great food and service all for a very reasonable price. We love the Rosa sauce. Their raviolis are excellent! We love eating here!

Our waitress Dana was a sweetie and very efficient. I will say the salad we split here was the surprise delight of my trip to St. George it had sun dried tomatoes, gorganzola and super fresh romaine, I forget everything else, but I loved it. I tried to convince my husband to go back and get another one, but he wouldn 't go for it. We also got a cup of the butternut squash soup which was good, but so sweet we both commented that it could have been a dessert. The entree we split was fine, but wasn 't great, the home made gnocchi...which I just think was NOT homemade, it was more dense than I like, and the cream sauce just weighed it down even further.

We typically love Chef Alfredo's. We don't go often, but at least 2 4 times a year to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays etc. This was the worst experience we've ever had and we won't be going back. My wife found a live bug in her salad. The manager came over and apologized and offered a free dessert. We don't care for dessert with our meal, so that wasn't much of a resolution, but we weren't going to complain. Our food was just okay normally I LOVE the chicken Parmesan, but it felt like a miss this time. After we finished they asked which dessert we wanted, nothing sounded good for my wife so I just picked the creme brûlée. Someone brought out the creme brûlée but also included the birthday size of another dessert by accident but she left it with us anyways. When our server brought the check, it only includes both desserts. Not meal. Which we thought was weird since she said the dessert would be free and that they charged us for the one they brought on accident. But, again, this seemed like a good deal to us. We thought maybe we misunderstood the manager since she didn't speak very good English. Our server took FOREVER to bring the check for signature. When she came back so said that she was so glad she caught the mistake, because she brought us the wrong check (only the desserts). She then gave me the check to sign. To my surprise it included our salads, entrees and both desserts. So we would have NEVER ordered desserts to begin with, but that was what they offered as a resolution for the live bug in our salad, then they charged us for the dessert, PLUS the extra one they accidentally brought to our table. So instead of coming to us before she charged our card after bringing the wrong check, she decided to go ahead and run the bill and bring it to us afterwards. I didn't want to deal with this anymore so we just signed and check and left. What a joke!! Never ever again.

We started going to Chef Alfredo's this year. I'm so glad we did because it's one of the only restaurants that I've found that every time we go we try something different. Everything we've had has been delicious! Great service, really nice restaurant and delicious food. I highly recommend it but if you're not sure about the hours, call because the websites I've checked aren't all accurate.
