Alpeglöggli - St. Gallen

I live right next to this restaurant and thought I would check it out as it is next door. to my surprise the restaurant was completely booked, but due to a no-show they allowed me to go without reservation. I had heard that. the sausage dish was good, but it was amazing worth considering how delicious it was! definitiw will order it again and I can vouch for this dish. I recommend to keep in mind as it is very popular.

In st. gallen you have to eat a bradwurst at least once! So I went to the alegloggli. the place is probably more beautiful outside than inside. but there is a nice mix of people, students like older customers. I was nice to this quiet evening welcome. a sausage menu ordered: salat or suppe: I have a good veggie suppe. with its traditional ognon sauce and rösti. only delicious. a glass cabernet sauvignon and I was set! total cost: chf 24.50 (18.50 for eating and 6 for wine) there were other dishes, especially various types of cordon bleu and schnitzels. in short, a great place to travel decent!

I visited St. Gallen with my 10-year-old daughter and came over the alpegloggli when I walked through the old town. very friendly reception and the owner was very tolerant of my schoolboy German, although her English must be much better. the food. is good and good, I had the st galler bratwurst perfumed and nothing like a super market version and my daughter a cordon bleu that I ended. both were excellent and a special mention for the rösti and fries that are made clearly in the house. chocolate fondant dessert with ice cream shed a perfect family dinner.

Was there with a friend from taiwan who visited us in st. gallen, asking for real Swiss cuisine. she had st. galler bratwurst, my man had cordon bleu and I ordered deep fried mushrooms, the meals were wonderful, the service was great .fast, and the owners are really friendly. So I give him 5th charities that have to do, and spicy that arise out of life, st. gallen accept a certain value that st. gallen respect. St. Galle Bratwurst。

For the lunch on Saturday noon, we have chosen the fitness plate with grilled chicken pieces as well as the mixed sausage cheese salad....All of the green salad and almost nothing else else else else, a famelic cucumber puck and a peach lam 1er coca avented waitress sour-duce3CHF for 2 mini glasses of lukewarm water from the tap!and, cherry
