Wilcrofts Home Cooked Food House

A very well cooked breakfast freshly prepared. Good quality bacon well cooked, perfect fried eggs, all piping hot with hot toast good coffee. Good price. Spotless toilets. What more could you want?

From the outside this looks like a typical cafe. We went for breakfast expecting a decent cooked breakfast, but nothing more.

First time eating here and it won’t be the last, the food was lovely and good value, nice fresh salad served with our panini’s. They have a vast menu so definitely something for everyone.

I was recommended to go to Wilcrofts for a breakfast. My bacon and egg baguette (with a few chips too was freshly made delicious all washed down with a pot of tea. Friendly staff and service. Good value, clean premises and tables located just off the Buttermarket. You can eat outside too (it was drizzling on the day of this visit. Happy to use Wilcrofts again on my next trip to Bury.

Love this place. It's always busy. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is always good and it's not expensive.
