Cold Stone Creamery - St. Cloud

This is a fantastic ice cream shop that offers premium products, complemented by very friendly and helpful staff. Be prepared for prices that reflect a superior experience.

The ice cream was, as always, delicious. However, the environment left much to be desired. All the tables were sticky and dirty, and there was litter scattered around the floor. The tops of the tables were grimy with melted ice cream and food crumbs. The five young women working there seemed too busy serving ice cream to pay attention to the customers or the cleanliness of the place. One of them dropped a cookie dough on the floor while mixing and then proceeded to put it into the ice cream. With five employees, it should have been easy to keep the area clean, but that clearly wasn't the case. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this situation was unacceptable, especially during a time when cleanliness is so important. I hope they make improvements. Update: The place is now much cleaner, and the service is friendlier!

I ordered a medium-sized drink, but it wasn’t filled properly. The ice was mostly melted, and it didn’t have half of the ingredients that were supposed to be included. When we paid, the girl just folded our change and handed it back without saying a word or showing any acknowledgment. There was no greeting, no thank you, nothing. When my partner mentioned that it wasn't what we expected, she got a bit rude. So, he requested a refund, and she simply folded the cash and pushed it at him before walking away. Overall, her customer service was very disappointing.

It's good the staff is friendly wish they still had the marshmallow cream. Easier to eat then marshmallows with some missing teeth but its still good.

I went here a couple of weeks ago and Javier helped me make the best ice cream combination I've ever had. I was so happy with what I got and he gave excellent service definitely coming back!
