The restaurant was incredibly filthy and unclean. There were no staff members available to take our order, and I had to raise my voice to get someone's attention. Even after getting their attention, it took 5 minutes to place our order. While waiting for our food, I observed an employee not wearing gloves while handling food for customers. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.
This location is better than Division St. I use mobile order to minimize confusion on food customizations. On this particular visit, the drive thru was closed at least 20 minutes before closing even though the app directed me to the drive thru. It took several minutes before I was able to wave down an employee, just to be told that I had to go inside for my order. Mildly irritating but I went inside and had my order checked in. While I waited, I was told that they don't monitor their mobile orders; so they don't know they have a mobile order until the customer arrives to check in. As I waited, I observed the sandwiches for my order being made incorrectly. It was as if the female employee didn't even attempt to look at my order to see the customizations (or she didn't care/hoped I wouldn't notice since it was closing time When the initial employee gave me my food, I apologized and proceeded to check my sandwiches to verify that they were indeed made wrong. I informed the employee and had them remade.Update: I gave this location another chance through a mobile order, no where near closing time and a different day. At the drive thru speaker, I stated I had a mobile order, gave the name, and again the employee told me that I had to come inside for my mobile order. I let the employee know that the app instructs to go to the drive thru and the employee says the app always says to go to the drive thru with no other explanation as to why mobile orders needed to be picked up from inside. The employee asked for the name again as if to check something and then directed me to pull up to the window. At the window, I was given my receipt and instructed to pull up to the reserved sign as it would be a few minutes for my order. I waited a few minutes until the employee brought out my food. I double checked my sandwiches before leaving. The order itself was correct. However, the only fresh items were the onion rings. They sandwiches were lukewarm and the fries were barely warm and limp. It was disappointing to say the least, especially considering there were no other cars in the drive thru or customers inside for the restaurant. It's sad to see the quality of food be substandard and the pride that employees take in their work be pretty much non-existent. I'd avoid this location unless you have time to go inside to request your food be made fresh. Then you may actually be able to enjoy how food at Burger King is expected to taste.
If want a glass of water it would be nice if they tell you when you order that they will charge you for it. I won't be going back anytime soon.
I go here all the time and just severely disappointed in the rubber bacon in fact seems like half of these pieces aren't even cooked. Normally great place to eat on lunch break but I had to take off 6 pieces of bacon cause it felt like a mouthful of chewing gum. Kinda defeats the purpose of Bacon King without bacon.
