It's absolutely amazing pizza ? every single time.... an Ohio MUST HAVE!

This place is a family tradition going back many, many years. It's definitely an Ohio thing, baked crust and sauce THEN cold cheese added after the fact. However, by the time you get it home, it has melted into absolute perfection. The people who run it know what they're doing.

Tried to go two different times this week, said they were open online came and the door was locked, don’t count on this place being open when they’re supposed to be, better off going to one of the other ones

They always lock the doors and ignore the phones during the day, which is usually no big deal. I understand they’re busy. Today, however, my grandpa called in an order and an hour later I showed up to a locked door. I knocked, and then 5 minutes later I knocked again. Finally, someone came and opened the door. He immediately tells me they don’t have any orders and he doesn’t know anything. I said “sir, my grandpa called an hour ago for 8 slices I’m just here to pick it up.” I didn’t say one disrespectful thing to the guy, but before I knew it he was chasing me out the door cussing at me. I am by no means a Karen but this guy was literally hostile. I understand everyone has bad days, but we will never return to this restaurant. The manager is a ticking time bomb.
