Tropical Smoothie Cafe - St. Charles

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the service is slow and poor. It took nearly 10 minutes for my order to be prepared by 3 employees. Two of them were standing around, one was busy chatting with others instead of completing my order. They need to prioritize their customers.

I ordered a smoothie called detox island green and it didn't taste like water at all. I asked the manager to replace it with another one, but he said I didn't like the ginger (I actually liked the ginger) and refused to change it. The service was really bad. It's not worth even one star. I feel sorry for the girl who was working there.

I ordered a smoothie with an energy boost and there was half a pill of something in my drink and it tasted like medicine. I'm not sure what this is about, but I think that's extremely disgusting. Why did there have a pill in my drink?

Accidentally fell my drink, because the cap did not ask correctly, the male hired he can take it back, he said that not his problem for another pay or from the business. Yeah, they never go here.
