This store is in a league of its own. Get a real manager to manage. It's 15 minutes in the drive thru EVERY.SINGLE.TIME, even when you're the second or third car. Monitor your data Starbucks. They need a manager.

I always use my mobile app to order but this morning your app wasn't working so I ordered at the window. I ordered a vanilla creme and egg bites. As I was about to pull up I noticed the screen showed a steamed milk. When I got to the window I asked the associate if she charged me for a vanilla creme and not a steamed milk. She smiled and shook her head but was too busy taking an order to give me the time of day. I ended up with a steamed milk, which i would NEVER order. I spend way to much of my hard earned money here, by choice, all I ask is you get my order right and focus on me when it's my turn in line.turn in line.right. I
