The new 1921 burgers were okay, but I prefer the original White Castle sliders. The service was very slow and our order was incorrect the first time.
It was late. They were opened 24 hours. Everything was closed, we were on our way. My husband really liked White Castle UNTIL....(I buy white castle frozen Cheeseburger) at home for my husband. Now we go through the ride thru and the young lady came across the Intercom (known as blondie) and sound in a way. We put our order in the window, and my husband made small conversations to be tired. The young lady couldn't keep her eyes open. She couldn't work the coke machine. She had to get help. Ask my husband I'll give you your card back? A problem we never gave her a card. lol told her we're paying cash. She replied: Oh, thank God I didn't lose your card that we fed when we watched her and the other coke engineers. They just couldn't pull it out. We'll get our order 20 minutes later. We were the only ones. After all, we get order, and we take off. Look forward to the burgers, only biting into the most soggie bread, soaked in fat and onions. The strangest taste. Onion rings are hot, but the inside was broken. Raw dough. So our order was caught by $26.00 in a nearby Tran Dose. Oh and the coke we had. Guess what it was 't coke it was carbonated water. We don't do what happened. Bless her hollow hearts they had no idea... But codos to them for attempt. Oh, and she was kind enough to give us only 2 napkins. One for each of us... don't eat there late at night... Good luck.
Upon our arrival, all the staff were seated outside. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our food, despite there being no other customers inside the restaurant or at the drive-thru. The french fries were stale and had a strange taste, our sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, and all the tables were excessively sticky.
The sliders were overcooked and underwhelming, but the fries were tasty. The service was friendly, as usual. I'm not sure why I stayed when I could have been home in my apartment 20 minutes away.
I have great experience in the middle of the night. However. The day staff is otrosous. I wrote in the special notes box on my mobile order cheese on the side, not on fries please . When I picked up my order my fries were doused in cheese. No biggie. I politely told the young lady working the cashier I had wrote in the special notes box that I wanted cheese on the side. She interrupted me mid sentence, rude as can be an said well, we don 't get no special notes so... . Weird, the overnight staff gets my special notes everytime. Mistakes happen. We wouldn 't be human if we didn 't make them. But when you blantely lie, and act like I 'm inconveniencing you because I received the wrong items.. that 's an issue. Kindness goes along way :
