Mcdonald's - St. Catharines

Do not eat here ever! Damaged & lost my tooth on sausage egg mcmuffin! They refuse to take responsibility!

I ordered a Big Mac in the drive thru, extra ketchup, mustard and pickle. I watched the screen change to 'add ketchup' 'add mustard'.... The woman tells me to drive up to the first window. I asked if she added the extra pickle? (A personal favourite) she told me "we cannot add pickle today".. So I enquire further at the window, apparently they have a pickle shortage... So she processes my payment, I asked for a recipt, and she closed the window and walked away!! I waited patiently for her to come back, she didn't. I was forced to drive to the next window. The moment I moved forward she came back to help the car behind me. That is poor customer service! Then when I got home with my meal, I opened up my Big Mac to find it had NO ketchup and No mustard, and only 1 pickle. I can understand if they cannot provide extra pickle.. But common, ONE pickle?! I'm not impressed.

When you order at McDonald's you generally always get what you expect. This location is no different, and the Sante Fe wrap is great!

Every morning i have to decide, where will I get coffee? Tims or Mcdonalds? they are directly next to each other. For the past week I have been going to mcdonalds. every . single. morning. my coffee is horrible!! its old!! its bitter! there are grinds in the bottom of the cup! I called the manager and told him about this already, he told me to come back the next day and it won't happen again. I went back the next morning and guess what! same thing. I will not be returning here which is rather unfortunate because i actually prefer mcdonalds coffee to tims.

I had the best McDonald's experience ever at this location. The food was as expected but the employees blew me away. Nolan was managing and he was so respectful in guiding his employees that they seemed to go out of their way to help out. Ibby and Toby took our orders with not just politeness but outright enthusiasm. Alex was on cleanup duty and jumped way beyond normal energy levels and did a great job. Mostly what impressed me was the overall sense of happiness in the place. Great job guys.
