During my initial visit, the restaurant did not have a gluten-free alfredo sauce available. The waiter went above and beyond by asking the chef to prepare a safe alfredo sauce from scratch. They were incredibly accommodating and sensitive to the fact that my dietary restriction was not just a preference. When I mentioned that I have celiac disease and requested gluten-free pasta, they automatically understood to omit croutons and assured me that my meal would be prepared separately without me having to ask.

Overall, this restaurant was really good! They had a variety of gluten-free options available. I decided to go with the pasta dish, which was excellent. The server was able to communicate with the kitchen and was very knowledgeable.
