KFC - St. Catharines

Oh dear. It was extremely difficult to hear anything while ordering during the drive through This location doesn't offer spice chicken at all so not a full menu. Only original recipe at this location. No cars or people yet service was not fast !!! But they did get the order right.

Went today for lunch. Ate in, Chicken pieces were definitely bigger than I've had at other KFCs and ocpverall our food was fine, but the place is dirty. They don't seem to wipe tables and the woman's bathroom was disgusting. All in all. Ok. But not great.

Regular beef tacos had very little of any filling. Tacos ordered with beans instead of beef had a bit more. Not much lettuce. Fries supreme were normal with lots of cheese and sour cream. A refill on soda was 80 cents. Good, pleasant employees. Restrooms at mall were closeby and clean as well as very clean dining area. Enjoyable meal but still a little hungry.

It happened AGAIN on Saturday that I paid for a Chili Cheese Burrito that was nearly empty inside the soft shell. People put more butter on a piece of toast than there was chili inside that thing. My chicken soft taco also didn't really contain much filling in comparison to other Taco Bell locations I have frequented in the past. I had, simply, forgotten that this has been a problem when I have ordered from the Pen Centre location in the past. I'll remember the next time we're shopping there.

After purchasing our meals I sent my grandson up with a coupon for a free desert the manager stated that we had to purchase something in order to use the coupon. When I mentioned that we just paid 27 dollars for our meal and had the bill in front of me he didn't care. I mentioned to him that we have been coming here every week for the last few months he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn't care. I told him that we would never return to a KFC again and he walked away. The staff at this store has always been great and it is managers like this that destroy the good atmosphere created by good staff.
