KFC - St. Catharines

This place is awful. They never have the order ready when you arrive, and when you ask why, they say there's no cook or no chicken, or both. The one time I did get food there, the chicken was overcooked and dry, and the fries were extremely greasy. Last night they said it would take 20 to 35 minutes, and that they don't check online orders from the website. The staff is incredibly rude. Why hasn't KFC addressed this? Save your money and go somewhere else. And don't bother ordering ahead here!

The entire restaurant had dirty tables with no clean place to sit. When we inquired about the lack of clean tables, the staff laughed at us. We will not be returning to this place again. The service was awful.

I placed an online order and unfortunately, two items were missing despite confirming with the staff. I tried contacting them to report the issue but their phone lines were constantly busy, which was very frustrating. It felt like a rip off. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Owner, please take note of the reviews and feedback from customers.

I walked in to order for a 14 pcs bucket chicken w/ 4 sides; gravy, biscuit, macaroni, corn..unfortunately no corn so I get potato but I asked instead of potato if I can get 2 biscuits the guy (teller) said ok. But after checking my receipt I got charge for extra 5.99 for the 2nd biscuit so I asked, then the other teller jumped in the conversation that bec I asked for 2nd biscuit. So I said that shd be a replacement for the corn coz I don't really like the potato and then she said she is the manager I shdnt be complaing coz she will give me potato I shd hv to pay the 2nd biscuit... and she talkedlike in a high tune reiterated that she is the manager.....and i shdnt be complaining..No wonder why the reviews of this kfc location are all negative. This store wont last long in business if this kind of manager stays here any longer..

They made us wait 35 minutes for chicken scream how they had to make chicken But when we got our food home down the street it was all mushy no breading on the chicken 2 inches of grease on the bottom of the bucket do not buy from this Location...
