Eggsmart - St. Catharines

We dropped by yesterday for breakfast. Our waitress hardly looked after us. Another waitress, Candace, seemed to take pity in us and helped us out, and even brought us our bill even though she was not getting the tip. Went back today and actually sat in her section. The service was absolutely great. We will probably go back tomorrow and make sure to sit in her section.

I've never been here. So I went on a hunch. The breakfast deal was very good. But there was too much oil. Way too much oil. I suggest asking them to blot it off because that amount of oil is not healthy at all. Juice was nice. Potatoes were good. Eggs were fresh. Oil was a concern and I also noticed that nobody asked me how my meal is going.

Always friendly service, generous portions and good food. Members of my family meet here frequently for a late breakfast. They are flexible enough to substitute a pancake for toast for my mother who loves pancakes with her eggs and bacon. The fried potatoes are delicious!

While we were on our anniversary vacation to St Catharines. Cathy and Irina were very friendly. The food was very great! It's a true talent to flip four eggs in one pan. "Jersey" fries are the best. And learned what "HP" sauce was. We will defiantly go back the next time we are in town!
