The flatbread was incredible, and our bartender Lizzie suggested pairing it with a side of balsamic for dipping—delicious! The meatball and sauce were full of flavor, and the mini pepperoni pizza was fantastic! Everything is made fresh, so it takes about 20 minutes to reach your table, but it's well worth the wait. The ingredients are top-notch. The staff was friendly, and Lizzie was a joy to talk to at the bar. She was attentive, professional, and exceptionally sweet. We highly recommend stopping by for anything on the menu and chatting with Lizzie at the bar!
This was my first visit, and the food was incredible! The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. Our server, Katie, had a wonderful personality and gave great recommendations. She even let us know before we ordered an appetizer that they serve the most delicious complimentary rolls. I would give both the service and the food a perfect 10 out of 10 stars! I can't wait to return!
While the menu features some unique dishes, I feel the prices are a bit steep for a chain restaurant. The entrées initially seem reasonable, but you quickly realize that most dishes come with an additional charge for protein, and a soup or salad costs an extra $3.99. I ordered the Pasta Arrabbiata, which included fresh garlic, spicy Calabrese peppers, marinara, and Parmesan tossed with mozzarella and fettuccine. This dish was priced at $14.99, but I wanted to add blackened chicken for an extra $6.49, and I also chose the house salad for $3.99. My partner ordered the Lasagna with Bolognese Sauce along with a Caesar Salad, which were reasonably priced at $14.99 and $3.99 respectively. The rolls were the first to arrive at our table and looked great, though they were drenched in Italian dressing. Apparently, this is their standard serving method, but we weren't fans of it. While the warm rolls were delicious, the dressing was overly acidic and didn't pair well. The salads arrived shortly after, and, once again, we were disappointed. Although both salads were sizable, the dressings were quite bland. My house salad consisted only of lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, and some slivers of onion. The biggest letdown of the evening came when our entrées arrived while we were still finishing our salads. My dish had a nice kick from the spicy peppers, but it lacked sauce. The pasta was swimming in a watery, orange liquid that was completely flavorless; it didn’t cling to the fettuccine and didn’t resemble any marinara I’ve ever tasted. As for the lasagna...
Great place to come and eat Italian. Everything was good? ?almost great?. Unfortunately the chicken was flavorless? it was good but it had no taste at all. The muscles were very good and also the bread. The only bad thing that I would have to say was theglass of water. Water tasted bad and Sandy.
Overall a very nice experience for our group of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Server was attentive and friendly and provided refills without us having to ask. The decor is comfy casual with booths and tables. My one criticism is they put us in a booth thatreally was for 4 people to sit comfortably so the three adults on one side were rubbing arms. Good thing we are a closefamily! Food was delicious. We started with the boneless wings to share. The chicken was crunchy and moist. They provide theircomplimentary warmed rolls in dressing, so tasty you have to fight yourself not to over indulge and save room for your meal. Weordered dinner salads, shells with a large meatball, a meatball hoagie, the Pizza Antica, and a child's pizza. Here's a tip they won't serve pizza slices after 4, even like 5 minutes after, so be prepared to order the child's pizza. It's like apersonal size cheese pizza and worst case you'll take some home! The salads were a gorgonzola and summer, both light andrefreshing. The summer salad order opted for the grilled shrimp, and let me tell you the smell alone was awesome. I don't saythat often about shrimp, but they were done right. The meatball sub came with fries. The sub was loaded with two largemeatballs nestled in a comforter of cheese. Note, I didn't say blanket there was a lot of cheese! Bread was toasty and saucevery good. Meatballs are well seasoned and did I mention large? Antica pizza was ordered in the personal size and was a greatnot too heavy meal. Crust is super thin and very crispy. Fresh mozzarella, those wonderful crispy cup shaped pepperonis, andfresh basil. Very good pizza. This was my second visit here and the food quality remains consistent, so there will definitelybe a third! Well done, Piesanos.
