Old City Subs 2 - St. Augustine

Great food and great staff, fast service and they bring the food to you, I recommend this place when you are on your lunch break and you need a quick togo meal made right, not sloppy.

I recently ordered from here 4 5 times. The food is delicious, fresh and just as ordered. Also the delivery is fast and free. A little over an hour ago I ordered on the line and inadvertently ordered for pickup when I wanted the delivery. I called to confirm that they had my order, they actually have it ready for picking up as I mistakenly ordered it online. I just shot a shot in the dark. I think there is no way they could do this for me because it was the impulse of the moment and it was definitely my fault. I was wrong, they were more than happy to deliver it to me. It came like all other orders freshly delicious and fast. Thank you old town Subs 2 You made my life soooo much easier

Customer service is incredible! Always beautiful smiling faces. I was told that it was the owner woman I talked to if not for her incredible customer service this would be a bad review. I love this place more often than not my sandwich is wrong and/or I miss parts of my order when I come home. These guys are always super busy, but they do a great job! If you take your order to go, just check the bag. I will also add when I called to express my irritation (before I opened the wrong sandwich) they sent a driver to my house extremely fast with what I lacked! I will continue to bring my service to this facility, but I will check the bag and sandwiches before I leave the car park or start eating.

For many years in the restaurant I know how hard it is to reach consistency. If I visit either one of these two shops, it's always the same thing that makes them a winner in my book. So for a great meal visit to Old City Subs you will be happy that you.

Sandwiches are very good. Daily specials are good. Customer service has always been good when I have been there. Only suggestion would be that the new employee with lots of hair, need to wear a hat. He touched his hair will being near the prep area. Never had seen it happened before but not a nice sign.
