Chick-fil-a - St. Augustine

The restaurant has inconsistent quality with some dishes tasting delicious while others are really off-putting.

The service at this restaurant is inconsistent. The staff members seem to lack proper training and are unsure of what they are doing. The location on US1 is much better and more organized in comparison. This will be my first and last visit to the restaurant on SR 16.

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. I'm not sure what has been going on with their service recently. In the past month, every time I have gone there, my order has been wrong. It's important for orders to be repeated back to customers before they pay. For example, I ordered a salad with no blue cheese and extra dressing, but received blue cheese with minimal dressing instead. The next day, I ordered the same salad and received two, one with blue cheese and one without, but no dressing at all. The day after that, I ordered three sandwiches without pickles, but had to have them fix it when I picked them up and had to listen to them argue about it. The only reason I put up with Chick-fil-A despite their ridiculous drive-thru is because my wife enjoys their grilled chicken market salad.

The service was lacking in every aspect at this restaurant. The staff, especially the children working there, seemed untrained and clueless. The location on US1 is far superior in terms of organization and quality. This was my first and last visit to the SR 16 location.

I had the best chicken of my life at Chick-fil-A. Their Mac and Cheese is delicious, as are their amazing waffle fries and variety of sauces. I highly recommend this place for a meal.
