Le 42 - St Arnoult En Yvelines

Although we were staying overnight at nearby Rochefort-en-Yvelines the restaurants on offer in the village were very expensive especially the wine. We decided to try the Restaurant Le 42 as it seemed to be better value. We were not disappointed as the service and food was very good. It was quiet at 7:30 when we arrived but about an hour later the place was full. Considering that all the clients were French it reflect on how popular it is amongst the locals. We left with the satisfaction that we had had a good meal and at a reasonable cost. Altogether an enjoyable evening.

Exit from the highway for lunch during a romantic getaway. small beautiful place, very good dishes made by the boss in the kitchen, superb reception, relational and service. The manager is great and fast.
