The Old Spaghetti Factory (west Edmonton Mall)

I got a ceaser salad with chicken on it and I honestly can say it was one of the worst ceaser salads I've ever had it was swimming in dressing they put way way too much and the dressing tasted cheap and like mayo it was very gross. The chicken also tasted or seemed a tad bit cheap like not so high quality chjcjen breast idk. But was very sad to pay 20$ for it . In the photo it looks like a decent salad but it wasn't . I ended up taking it home which was a mistake. If I'm ever back at west ed I will not be returning

We went here with a group of 6 on a Wednesday night! Initially they had forgotten our reservation, but quickly was able to accommodate us! It is so refreshing to go somewhere where the prices aren’t astronomical! Instead of paying $100 for two people to eat instead we paid about $140 for SIX people to eat! And the food was delicious. They were even extra careful with our food allergy! Will definitely remember this when I’m wanting to go out to eat again! Over all great experience!

We stayed in Fantasyland Hotel. We had 11 hours drive and we’re tired. Didn’t have much appetite so we ordered three meals for four adults and two young ones(7 10) with sides and drinks.Food were ok but server were not busy but they didn’t come back to us for a moment while our forks and spoons had very thick grease on them. They didn’t come to clean the table and take the plates neither.

Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember.The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. The servings were perfect sizes.Dietary restrictions: It was no issue choosing items from the menu to put together as a meal for my restrictions. It was greatly appreciated.

Had a nice dinner with my sister and girlfriend, food was phenomenal and the service was even better. Sasha did an amazing job and I hope she finds a huge bonus in the near future. She left us a very nice receipt and was very friendly with all of us.
