Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhen I ordered my drink they gave me it with a crack in the lid and made me spill my coffee all over my white tee shirt and the worker looked like he didn’t even care when I confronted him about it. They just asked me if I wanted a refund like that’s going to do anything.
First, the lady taking my order was soooo rude and seemed like she did not want to be at her job, let alone interact with a customer. I ordered my drink (iced americano) and she acted like I was bothering her with my presence. My beans weren’t ground correctly, she forgot my food, having to remind her that I ordered it she was displeased to have to go “make” it for me. The overall attitude and customer service of this location does not align with Starbucks company standards and I was greatly disappointed with the way I was treated. Not to mention the store counters were covered in milk, syrup and whipped cream. There was a toothbrush sitting on top of a fridge and the Frappuccino pitchers and lids were not being cleaned properly as there was still goop sliding down the side after it was “washed”. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
The preety brown lady who is working at the window right now has the best customer service.
I don’t usually like leaving what I’ve reviews but so pre ordered my order got into drive thru 5 minutes before it said it was ready. I still had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars infront of me. Ice in my drink was almost fully melted, barely any flavour in my coffee though I added vanilla and 2 extra espresso shots.I feel horrible for complaining but I’ve never had to wait that long at any of the Starbucks I’ve been to.
I come here quite often and am usually very happy with the service. But today not so much… 3 people servicing drive thru and no one doing anything for the front. 2 staff members standing around chatting. Literally waited 6 mins for 2 iced coffee’s.
