The attitude of the Filipino female customer service manager I experienced she was rude, suspicious, and had no attitude toward customers at all. She lacks the qualities of her position also, She showed aggressive instructions and attitude towards other employees who were already doing their jobs.
Most staff andnmanagement at Windermere store is horrible. They don't know nothing and I mean nothing about customer service. Their facial expressions and their body language says it all they don't even have to open to disappoint a customer. I remember one employee who was working in the middle of the store I asked her a question she told me it's on the other end of the store down by houseware. She dropped what she was doing and took me to exactly what I was looking for. That is part of customer service I was happy. However most employees don't know which is their job to know. They tell me they don't know and they leave it at that. Then I asked him can you find out for me or get a manager. Then their facial expressions come on their face like they don't want to help a customer like they're disappointed because they have to stop what they're doing. Very disappointing. At the end of the day not the customer's problems customers always KING. People need to understand this. There's a reason why you have a paycheck every two weeks or what not. Because of the customer. U HAVE TO DO A LOT BETTER ALOOOOOOT!
We scheduled an online pick up for 12:30-1:00. I arrived at 12:35 to pick up our order. They told me when I called that our order was not ready yet that they would call later today when it was ready. So, I drove home. They called 10 minutes later saying that our order was ready to pick up. So, I drove back to Superstore I called. They told me there were 3 people ahead of me. I waited 50 minutes for my order to come out. I could have just gone in and done my grocery shopping myself. There’s no sense of urgency. I have my 1 year old son with me, and he goes down for a nap around 1:30- 2:00 .. that’s why we scheduled the time. This is probably the last time we do an online order through superstore. It seems every time there something wrong.
