Room not clean (food residue on side table), window doesn't open and in room phone doesn't work.Being moved to another room and hope that one will be without deficiencies.Just arrived snd didn't get to use any services yet.

Friendly but slow service. house wine more like a box wine.

Cordial front desk and housekeeping staff. Spacious and mostly clean room. Comfy and clean bed. Spotless loo.Close to eateries. Nice view from the room’s window. Good hairdryer and shower. Loo was less spacious. Wifi needs to be connected more than once in a day. Room carpet between table below TV and work desk could be better cleaned.

We were in Edmonton for the weekend and whenever we come to Edmonton we stay at the Matrix. It is usually a couple of times a year. We had the Sterling Suite on the 9th Floor….it was fine….it is beginning to show its age with the tile and the rug….my biggest complaint were the towels in the bathroom thin thin and very grey. I think the hotel could consider purchasing new white fluffy towels. These were disgraceful. Internet quality was so so often dropped and one had to log back on. Breakfast overall was good I love the coffee machine but watery scrambled eggs two days in a row is not a treat. Years ago when I first started staying here and at its sister hotels, breakfast, and especially the egg dishes, were more interesting. That all said we will probably continue to stay at the Matrix as its location cannot be beat.

We did a paint night here. We are from out of town could be better parking in this
