Visit 1: My family and I were served burgers that were very pink and undercooked. Visit 2: I discovered long black hair melted into the cheese of my burger. In both instances, I couldn't return the food, leading to about $25 wasted on inedible meals in just one week. I contacted Wendy's corporate office, but after following up, I never received a response from the branch management. I will not be ordering from this location or any Wendy's again.
I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, it had an unwelcoming atmosphere—there were overflowing trash bins outside, spilled drinks near the entrance, and dirty windows. Inside, the floors were sticky and littered, and the drink station was in terrible shape. Most of the tables were also unclean, and there was food scattered on the floor behind the counter. To make matters worse, when I used the restroom before leaving, I honestly felt it would have been safer to just go on the floor! I really can't understand how such a dirty place passed a health inspection. It also didn’t appear to be busy, with only two other customers present. I definitely won't be coming back.
I've always had a fantastic experience ordering through the mobile app or at the drive-thru. The quality of service is excellent.
