The Celtic Knot - St. Albert

My husband and I were staying close to this place and decided to try it! It was great food. I had the shepherd's pie and mini yorkies, hubby had the beef dip. The food was amazing, service awesome! Loved this pub! Lots of different beers to try as well. Highly recommend this pub!

The blonde headed bartender was the best thing about this place sorry to say ! Ordered burger and fries which were just ok tasted like a patty from sobeys and the French fries were horrible. Her customer service was fantastic though.

The service and the food was very good, other than the fries being way too soft and greasy. There's no Irish atmosphere with the dance music playing and the sports games on tv. The dry ribs were excellent 8 out of 10. The bangers and mash potatoes - fantastic. The burger was also very good.

I always enjoy the variety of British/Scottish/Irish beers on tap. The food is "pub" type so no real culinary highlights here. I have had great burgers one day, only to return next week and have a barely average fare. The beer, however remains cold and good.

This is a favorite spot for my hubby and I to meet up with friends. Great food and atmosphere.Service wasn't the greatest on our last visit but usually is very good.
