The burgers were decent, but the onion rings were terrible—lackluster in flavor and not properly cooked. Overall, it’s just an average burger place.

This restaurant is significantly overpriced for the food it offers. I understand they are trying to evoke a sense of nostalgia with their burgers, but the burgers themselves were just mediocre, and I wouldn’t be willing to pay that price again. Overall, it was an average experience.

Update: Initially, I was advised to reach out to the ithinkfatburger email address, as they claimed customer satisfaction was important to them. I’ve noticed that this reply has since been removed. I have emailed them twice but haven’t received any response. I’m not looking for a refund—I don’t need my money back. I simply wanted my concerns to be acknowledged. Because of this experience, we won’t be returning to this location.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The Uber app stated that they open for breakfast delivery at 9 AM, but this was not the case. When I tried to explain the situation to Maria, she insisted that she wouldn't be fulfilling the order since they don't open until 11 AM. However, she was there at 9 AM, and the app clearly indicated that my order could be placed for that time. It doesn't make sense to have the app allow orders at 9 AM if they aren't going to be fulfilled. This is quite unprofessional. I suggest checking the app and your schedule, Maria.

If you love burgers, you can't go wrong with Fat Burger. The food is incredibly delicious, and the staff is very friendly.
