Boston Pizza - St. Albert

It's been a while since my last review and felt it was worth updating. Me and the missus stopped in last night (Thursday) after running some errands and getting groceries for the weekend out at the lake. To be blunt, we'd gone through a very rough week and we decided it wasnt a bad idea to have a break and let someone else do the cooking and dishes. Sat in the lounge side as always. Thursday is Buy Two Appetizers, get One Free Night. We've done this a few times before, but this time we really wanted some comfort food of sorts, so we decided a large Boston Royal pizza would fit the bill. Ordered with Italian sausage as a sub for the standard ham. Food came out prompt and was correct and was hot and really good. just what we needed to sit and relax and decompress after a tough week. and of course more than enough for leftovers for lunch today. Wife had some sangrias (thurs drink special) and I had a couple cold beers. all in all made for a simple but nice evening. Service was excellent. Friendly, efficient, and on the ball. No complaints there. At the end of the day, its BPs, and you know what you're going to get. Some visits are better than others, and this visit was very good. Easy to recommend and will definitely be back.

Ordered a cauliflower pizza and salad special, and single wings. A small salad, and I mean small, four or five bites, a 6 pizza and 8 small wings for $36. And I was crazy enough to pay the delivery fee and tip them. Ended up being $50 and my wife and I had to make some food as two people couldn't survive on this. Bad deal, don't order it.

This is the Grenier Place location. We visit this location at least once a month as it is close to home and very convenient for us. Always the lounge side. In fact when the weather is decent it’s a walkable distance and we did this past Saturday. Just recently this Saturday night. Group,of six. They had a bit of a fundraiser entertainment night so the place was packed. Service was very good this evening given how busy they were. Food all came out correct as ordered. Mix of shareables pizzas, wings , cactus cuts. As mentioned we come here somewhat often. The food is consistent quality and they are quick to fix if an error. Staff are always friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. Easy to recommend for a good reasonable meal and to catch a game on the big screens.

Boston Pizza has some very tasty pizza and is a good place to meet friends to watch a game. Drink prices are reasonable.

We went into the lounge on a Wednesday night for some wings. Granted it was late, we were arriving at the restaurant at 11:25pm but we checked online and they were supposed to be open until 1am... plenty of time... or so we thought. As we walked in, the waitress rolled her eyes at us and my wife was instantly uncomfortable. She brought us menus and told us that last call was already done and the only food she could serve was soup. She was extremely rude to my wife and basically called her a liar when she stated that the hours were 1am and the waitress said they closed at midnight. I did give an extra start because the crappy service forced us to head north to Original Joe's where the bartender was our server and everything was amazing! We will not be returning the BP Lounge... we will continue taking the kids to the restaurant until we get the same service in there.
