Mcdonald's Rajagiriya

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely rude. They have a door marked only as an exit, but I have personally witnessed them allowing people in formal or official attire to enter through it while denying entry to those who appear old or untidy in a very disrespectful manner. I even saw them turn away a person who was accompanied by their young child. Everyone in the restaurant noticed and stared, including myself. It's difficult to imagine how that person must have felt, and how they will feel every time they leave the restaurant. The behavior was unacceptable.

This is a great spot to grab a quick bite. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, the restroom could use a bit more attention to cleanliness since it was not as clean as when I last visited.

I recently visited the first McDonald's outlet in Colombo and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. I always order the Wings Portion and The Famous Mac Rice, both of which are consistently delicious. McDonald's is the only place open till midnight sometimes when I am working late, so I often order through their mobile app. The staff is friendly and the service is quick and responsive. The restaurant is calm and clean, making it a highly recommended option for a meal.

It has been almost two hours since we placed our order, and we still haven't received it. After waiting for an hour and making our third call, we were told that the food would be delivered within the next ten minutes. However, it has now been over 30 minutes since that promise. Many other restaurants are closed at this hour. The call center staff were not helpful when I requested a customer complaints email or phone number.

Today, I had breakfast at Mac... I ordered a Seni Sambal Burger and it was delicious! The taste was amazing and the delivery was fast. Thank you to the team at Rajagiriya.
