Flipside Burgers Food Truck - Squamish

The do not have a dedicated fryer here so we did not get any fries. In my opinion they have the best burgers in town. It’s a food truck right beside Cliffside cider. You can order food and sit on the patio and have a drink if you want. Very casual kind of place.

I have dined at this restaurant more times than I would like to admit. They offer a delicious lettuce wrap and their curly fries are amazing. However, the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes and being a food truck, the seating is not the most comfortable during winter or rainy weather. You can choose to sit inside the cidery and enjoy a drink, but I prefer not to as I am always on the go and need to drive. The restaurant does not have a lot of vegan options available either.

Flipside was a yummy bar style food truck stationed close to the downtown Squamish area! They had a decent amount of vegan options, and their food was very yummy! I had their portobello burger veganized with spicy curly fries. Yum!

This food truck offers gluten-free burger patties and buns, and the staff is knowledgeable about celiac disease. However, it's worth noting that the fries share a fryer with onion rings, so there may be cross-contamination. They do offer a house salad as an alternative. The burger was delicious and I will definitely return. The patio/brewery they are located at offers ciders and other hard liquor, but no gluten-free beer options.
