I understand that they may be busy and things can get hectic, but it happens every time. Even when we inform them that something is missing, it feels like they blame us or think we are lying. I would recommend finding another restaurant if you are in a rush, as it can take almost an hour to sort everything out before leaving.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite. It's no surprise they have a high turnover of employees. If they were more pleasant, they might be able to retain staff. Additionally, I have never encountered a KFC location that does not provide plates for customers who want to dine in.

The last time I visited that restaurant, they told me they couldn't make tacos because their menu wasn't working. I was understanding, but it was strange that the entire menu was not functioning. When I went there last night, they informed me that there was a 30-minute wait for Taco Bell orders. I have never experienced a Taco Bell having such long wait times before. I am confident that if I had gone to the Taco Bell in Boone, they would have provided good service and served me quickly.
Still one of the worst kfcs. wait 15 minutes for an order and they still haven't got it right! Don't apologize for the long waiting period.
