Subway - Spruce Grove

I recently tried the english muffin with egg, ham and tomato and a few hot peppers and of course cheese..My usual quick english muffin is usually filled with a heavier amount of fat . Subway did not offer this so I tried the above and was surprised to find myself enjoying it! Perhaps the hot sauce was the magic ingredient. I am glad i found something on the lighter side.

This joint is like any other SubwayFreshly made sandwiches for a decent price.

Good small sandwich shop for cheap trips. they are always fast and efficient. the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. great place for these times you only need a snack or a satisfying lunch or small dinner.
