Starbucks - Spruce Grove

Ordered a oat milk latte.1: wasnt even a latte it was a flat white with a ton of large bubbles in it from taking the wand out mid steam2: steam wand was most likely not purged and i ended up getting sick because of it

Pleasantly surprised to see the judgey Asian fella actually working the drive through instead of sitting in the corner scowling at everyone and everything. The rest of the crew is always so bubbly and friendly. Not this guy. Always seems pi$$ed off about being there.

Friendly staff, fast and efficient when making drinks. Outside patio needs to be swept off though. It was dirty all summer last year, and it's still dirty this year. Lots of gravel everywhere.

I came through the drive through recently with a semi complicated order. I talked the barista through it and said the two drinks would be the exact same, they weren’t when I got them. I was super polite and patient as I’ve worked as a barista before and understand mistakes happen and told them to take off the whipped cream they put on. When I went to leave I realized she forgot my cake pop, an easy fix so I wasn’t frustrated and spoke nicely. But when I told her they forgot it she said nothing and handed it to me with a mad expression on her face. Probably won’t be revisiting as other locations have been beyond kind for small mistakes like that. The correct drink did taste great so I gave two stars!

This Starbucks has to have the friendliest drive thru staff on the planet. I have never had such enjoyable experiences ordering in any drive thru. My roommate and me make sure to coordinate our errands so that we can hit up this specific Starbucks location. It is just a joy to visit.
