Panago Pizza - Spruce Grove

I ordered a medium pizza, took 40 minutes to deliver. A little pricey. Just average pizza but better than nothing for a midnight snack.

We have enjoyed other pizza places, but it just seems like we keep coming back to Panago more frequently. The dough is fresh, which makes all the difference. I even had the Gluten Free pizza and it is very good! I like the organic juices they offer. I bought a couple extra once to keep in the fridge.

This is my daughters favorite pizza place. This pizza place offers a multigrain pizza that she orders all the time because she is health conscious. We were very disappointed when we ordered pizza for Canada Day supper. We experienced an hour long wait . When we opened the box we discovered only 1/4 of the basil that is usually put on top. The wait is understandable but the pizza was not. They did not mention any thing before sending us on our way. We have learnt that we will not order pizza on Canada Day for supper.

Ordered a tropical chicken pizza and was delivered something completely different. Called back and told them and they said the restaurant was closed and offered me a credit. That was no good as I was travelling through. Said manager would call the next day but call centre couldn't offer a refund.Manager called the next day and again offered a coupon. Explained I will never be back in that area and asked for a refund. She explained she couldn't give me a refund because she didn't know how to do a refund on the machine! They know how to take you money but not how to give it backQ

Panago's pizza is the best, especially when you can create your own. Price is excellent as well. My only concern is when a pizza is delivered and when you open the box, it looks like it went through a dryer. A distaster in a box. Not only did it take an hour to get a pizza from there from just up the road, but it took OVER an hour to get a replacement. Panago's did not receive money for a replacement pizza but it should have been their first concern to keep a repeat customer happy. $5 off my next meal is a joke. I will give them another chance as I love the food. After being in customer service prior, it is important for me to receive high quality. If not, then I will not be a customer.
