Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Springville

The staff at the springville Utah location needs to be better trained. Went in to redeem a simple coupon and they said they couldn’t do it because the manager wasn’t there. And the staff is REALLY slow at getting orders out

Always takes 1 hour to get through the drive through. Not only that but no one even spoke to me on the intercom. Of course when I got to the window they were very confused. As was I.

So delicious and so much fun to have tiny bits of paper thoughtfully blended up into my kid's smoothies on a day when nothing could break our stride. super cool of you all. i would have given it five stars but not enough recycled paper; maybe next time? have a fantastic night tropical smoothie crew of my dreams.

I usely don't leave a bad review or a low star on this things.i dont have a problem with the place at all but the smoothy I got there earlier today tasted kinda bland but it was decent. It felt like it needed something in it but not sure what.

We’ve gone here multiple times, and it is always the same outcome. They mess up our order and take FOREVER to get us our food. Today, we went through the drive through and it took us 25 minutes to get our order. There was only one car in front of us, and our order consisted of merely two things. We will never be going here again.
