Pizza Hut - Springville

Good food very nice employees. It was ready when they said it would be.

I ordered online, called the restaurant when I pulled up for curbside to let them know I was there and they were just putting in the order. She said it would be a few minutes and they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes passed the latest promised time and called. The lady said she had forgotten she asked me to pull up to the door. Our 2 pizzas and bread sticks were cold.

The service was fast, the staff was kind, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The last few times I have ordered from this restaurant, my pizza has been incorrect or appeared to be flawed. I am not trying to be humorous, but I am unsure if I will order from this place again. I purchased a dozen wings and all of them were drumsticks, which left me feeling disappointed.

Please ensure that customers receive the correct pizza that they ordered. It is very frustrating when you get home and realize that you did not receive what you had requested.
