Love this place, have tried a few, but my favorite is the AVA (Avocado Vanilla Almond). If they are making pearls at all, you'll be in line for 10 mins just for your smoothie, but that's rare.

I don’t recommend getting this smoothie with these tapioca balls. They call them Pearls! They remind me of fish eggs! Gross! Just warning others it’s terrible!

If you are craving boba, you may be disappointed with the Springville location. It seems like they are always out of pearls. During my most recent visit, I received my order without pearls even though I had requested them. The employee claimed they didn't know I wanted pearls, but the order clearly indicated that pearls were included. They then informed me it would be a 25-minute wait to get the correct order. Despite their assurance that there was no extra charge for pearls in bubble tea, I was still charged for something I didn't receive. This was a truly disappointing experience. I recommend visiting the Sandy location instead, as they never seem to have this issue.
