My biggest complaint would be that they hiked up the price of the buffet. It was 20$ per adult and 10$ for a child under 10. While I wouldn't mind paying that at a buffet. The quality and options that they offer were not worth that price tag. Like I said I've been going there for years but with the price increases I'd rather drive to Shreveport to get better quality and better selection for that price.
Go here if you want to place an order over the phone and then arrive to pick up your food and be upcharged! Disgusting!! And the lady tried to tell me that $8.95 order has now gone up to $14.95 and there is nothing she can do bc they have to pay for oil and it’s very expensive. Ok ma’am understandable, we are in a recession and under high inflation however; she then says also that menu you have in your hand is old we have new menus. I said ok, where are they because how can you increase the price without informing the customers. She then says, the menus are $1000 for 500 menus like, ok BUY THEM!! Don’t rob me then try to make poor excuses for why you are robbing me!! I then asked her if I can have one of the “NEW” menus and she says they don’t have any. I said, ok so you are really just charging people what you want to charge them. She said No, I have one right here so I know the price. You can’t make this up! Anywhoo, if you want subpar “Chinese Food and to get robbed at the same time, eat here. These people are disgusting and FYI, I never see any delivery trucks so what kind of meat are they really serving???? ????
We had a good lunch here. The service was impeccable. The place was clean and nicely decorated. They have the best peanut chicken I've ever had. There's sushi on the bar. The dessert selection was awesome, the ice cream especially so. They have several different types, ranging from ice cream to pop sickles and ice cream sandwiches. The only complaint we have was the price. It cost $33 plus a tip for two buffets, a soda, and a water. We ate around 1pm, and the food seemed to have been sitting out for a while. Neither of us mind paying this price for dinner or for fresh food. It isn't unusual for buffets to serve leftovers to the lunch crowd, and that's why lunch is cheaper.
I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time to eat here. Not only was the food good but the management didn't mind me working on my Chromebook after I finished. My favorite was the coconut shrimp and sweet and sour pork which was cooked to perfection.
Terrible and over priced. The egg rolls were not cooked all the way either!
