Casseroles Etc - Springhill

I've grabbed food to go several times from here, the food is always good (especially the desserts). But what I love are their salads. Some other places just pack the plate with lettuce and just a tiny amount of everything else, not these guys. They have a great cheese/meat/veggies to lettuce ratio, so that you can taste everything with each bite. And their customer service skills are excellent.

The service was great, and extremely quick. We had Red Beans and Rice and the Steak Tips. My husband had the red beans and rice, and it was good, but it could've used some spice. I had the steak tips, and it was all very good! Such a good Southern meal for our visit.

Great food, except for the meatloaf. They top with tomato sauce I stead of ketchup like I prefer, so I just don't order it. But my fiance loves the seafood casserole on Fridays!

Just love that good home cooked meal and the sweet tea is so good. My favorite place to go eat.

They have the good food we grew up with like greens, and purple hull peas, and the most mouthwatering amazing loaded baked potato I've ever encountered in my life. It's enough for two meals by its self...
