Wayo Japanese - Springfield

Great food and very fresh (best sushi, appetizers( love jalapeño bombs), Korean ribs and all the otherfood), Kira and Fred are very nice, great people!! Kira is very creative with the plating, your food not only taste great, it's also beautiful!! The servers (Nick and the lady) are very nice, friendly and do a great job and always remember your usual order. We love Wayo

This is our first time dining here. The restaurant was lovely inside and clean the food was absolutely delicious!

My husband and I went just before closing time to eat dinner. The waitress looked upset at first but once we were seated she was gracious and answered all our questions. The food was amazing and the private seating areas were a nice touch. We had jasmine tea and four sushi rolls that were much better than expected at the end of the day.Dietary restrictions: Sushi is a safe option for dairy free.

Super impressed with our whole experience here!Miso soup was brought out first unexpectedly! And then our gyoza which are basically pan fried dumplings potstickers. Super tasty!The rolls we got were for our kids and us. We did a basic California roll and the kiddos loved it.Then we ordered three spicy rolls…Caliente, I’m so Hot, and the 911 roll. All incredibly delicious! The spicy tuna was on the more “mush” side which I don’t prefer but overall the flavors were bold and fresh.Even after all that food our price wasn’t astronomical! Very surprising find and I can’t wait to come back.
