She asked my husband what temperature he wanted to cook his ribs (baby back, not prime rib), and it was a long time between beverage refills. We didn't order appetizers or desserts and they seemed good, not irritated, but maybe disappointed that we didn't paddle the check. The time before we had great service at the end of dinner, maybe 40 minutes before they closed, which can be a challenge for many restaurants. This visit was a little disappointing, especially for the money.
Update this once the food arrives.45mins since ordering beef tips and fries..seems a long time to wait for a simple order Food arrived.
Since this place is a chain you can easily compare apples with apples.
I came here on black Friday when it was absolutely packed. we were told 50-60 minutes for our waiting period (two of us) and they were in 50 minutes before location several workers meme betting check in us during our meal, and the service was great. while my steak was a touch dry, it was well cooked and we were very satisfied. I was really impressed by her personal, and I would like to come back soon.
Not what I expected for a chain steakhouse. I had the best nativity and let them tell me that they cooked to perfection had a great smoked taste at the outside edges, but a sturdy bark taste like the boil knew exactly how much salt needed to season, but not distract from the meat. that was waiting for an hour, but it was Friday at dinner, so it's busy, but it was worth it. our server (I'm ashamed to say) I don't remember its names, but it was amazing, fast and friendly attentive to us and our needs. the only problem was how busy it was, all the servers were thinly stretched, but also the manager checked and refill drinks.
