Steak N Shake - Springfield

When visiting home in Springfield, MO., there are several places I have to stop in to have lunch or dinner at while I'm here and one is Steak 'n Shake.

The staff was rude and unorderly. They argued with the managment and customers! I used to come here all the time. Never again.

I'm just saying, to be a restaurant in downtown Springfield Missouri for however many years, you would think they would be properly staffed on a Saturday

This restaurant has been here as long as I can remember. There was an old quarry across the street where Walgreens is now. The food was awesome and people had good attitudes. It's almost unusual to eat in peace anymore.

Wow. Seriously the best location in Springfield. Friendly staff of just two people treated me like I was the first customer of the day eagerly ready to take my order, despite me arriving 30 mins before close. Not only did they provide outstanding service, it was by far the best steak and shake burger I’ve ever had.
