Slack's Hoagie Shack - Springfield

I ordered a pfeffer chocolate and mushroom pizza on slice, but when it arrived, it had no pfeffer chocolate. I called to tell them, but they wouldn't answer that phone. When I called again later, the phone was picked up and blown up to the receiver! after that, no calls would go through. only directly to voicemail. I'm 100% sure I don't waste my time or money order again.

Great hoagie. Great value. The regular size is double the size of a Wawa hoagie for under 9 dollars. Good food, nice staff.

My order was ready and I picked it up hot and fresh. They were friendly and efficient with the service.

So we just returned from a long holiday weekend birthday getaway and we were both tired and famished, Slack's did not disappoint! The Giant Pepperoni Pizza with light sauce, French Fries and Jumbo Buffalo Wings well done were very tasty ? delivery was friendly, hot and fast! 5Returned because the first order was flawless. Next order not so much........Placed an order for delivery at 2:29 p.m. on June 06, 2021 the young lady that took our order was new she placed our order for pickup didn't note my specific request for lite sauce or well done fries. Called to share my disappointment and was told to ask for one of three mgrs next order. On 6/14/21 2:24pm Zane MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT! My pizza was Picasso Perfect, the fries were hot and crispy and they REFUSED to charge me anything for this remake Slack's has my business forever more because they really understand Customer Service and the food is Phenomenal ?

I've passed this shop for years and even though I've read some negative reviews I decided to call in my order. We ordered 2 kosher hoagies and they were the bomb! Very friendly workers. Keep up the good work!!! ??????
