Skully's Ramen - Springfield

The worst ramen I've ever had. Even worst than packaged ramen oml. The noodles itself seem good quality and house made, but the broth was insanely greasy and flavorless. The only flavor I taste is oil and it coats your mouth.Paying $16+ for ramen was my bad and would never consider going back.They should honestly consider reworking their pork on pork broth to add more flavor and umami and less oil. Such a waste.

The man at the window was very nice and helpful . The food is always delicious. If you haven't tried Skully's you are missing out! You will love it.

Bland and super greasy. We had ordered 2 pork on pork. The noodles had no flavor, the broth was extremely greasy and did not have flavor. The employees were super nice but I honestly don't think the hype was

I visited this place for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! I really appreciated that they served the broth on the side, allowing you to add as much as you like to your noodles. The food was delicious! I would highly recommend it and definitely plan to return—10/10!

We visit this restaurant frequently and we love everything about it! My daughter ordered her ramen with rice and substituted shredded cabbage for the noodles, making it gluten-free!
