Roots Coffee - Springfield

I booked this venue for a work event based on my positive experiences with their coffee and food. They also offer catering services for functions such as weddings, parties, and conferences, and the food they provide for events is exceptional. I highly recommend trying them out for lunch and coffee - you won't be disappointed. Their French toast and oatmeal are delicious breakfast options, and the Smashers sandwich is a must-try for lunch. Their coffee is top-notch and deserves a perfect 10 rating.

If you haven't tried the coffee or breakfast at Roots, you are really missing out. Whenever we are in Springfield, this is our go-to spot. The staff makes you feel right at home. From the freshest parfaits to the most delicious bacon in town, breakfast just isn't the same unless it's from Roots.

The drinks at this restaurant were excellent, but the BLTA sandwich I ordered was disappointing. In response to the owner, I must point out that there was very little lettuce in the sandwich, the avocado was more of a spread rather than fresh avocado, and overall the portion seemed skimpy. We used to frequent this restaurant often when we were in the area and decided to dine here again. Despite the lackluster sandwich, the drinks were still great.

I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often! Their coffee is to die for and their breakfast sandwiches are the best in town (in my opinion)! The staff is also incredibly nice and easy to converse with. They have lots of seating and it's a greatplace to do homework. Pictured is a strawberry smoothie and a cheeseburger I got last time I went!

The food was fantastic! The espresso was terrific and the Americano had the perfect flavor. I ordered the parfait and the homemade granola was amazing! My wife's sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. Well done.
