Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The food and service was good, but my cream soda exploded all over my leg and my friends think I peed myself.

The wait staff at this restaurant is excellent, and we were quickly served our meals in under 30 minutes during our lunch visit at around 12:40. The place wasn't busy at all, so the food was decent. My husband had a burger, and I had a Cobb salad. However, the downside is that the restaurant has a noticeable unpleasant odor that seems to permeate throughout the establishment. It smells as if there's an issue with the sewer or vents. This odor has been present during previous visits as well, making it unappetizing to dine there. Additionally, the bathroom floor was wet and slippery, posing a safety hazard.

It had been a while since I had last visited this restaurant, and now I remember why. My dining companion and I ordered simple burgers and fries, along with water and a coke. We were surprised to be charged $3.00 extra for a gluten free bun. Although I don't mind paying for dietary restrictions, walking out of the restaurant with a $42.00 bill for two burgers, fries, and a coke seemed excessive. As for the food, the burgers were lukewarm, the pretzel bun was stale, and the cheese sauce for the pretzel bun was cold. Additionally, the fries were also cold. It was evident that the food had been prepared in advance and left to sit. The service was decent, but overall the experience felt more like fast food than a sit-down restaurant.

I just wanted to let everyone know if you order from DoorDash and you see fresh cut or chicken Sammys it is from red Robin all you have to do is look up the address and they all go to the exact same Address which is red Robin they are just ripping off everyone

I give this restaurant two stars because the food is delicious when it's fresh. However, the service is terrible. It's very unprofessional.
