Qdoba Mexican Eats - Springfield

I went for a certain food item, rubber soup that was not served. Forget to ask if it was set. I set up my same order minus the rubber. The service was good, but the steak was burned.

This place is in great hands. Came in and the energy from the staff was fantastic. My guy Naz (who is still training) made me the best burrito I?ve ever had. Would give 6 stars if I could????????????

Granted, sometimes they're very busy and there is a delay ... however they are VERY attentive to Doordash drivers. If you're a Dasher, don't hesitate to pick up orders from here, they'll get it out as quickly as possible, and treat you with kindness. 10/10

Nasty dirty and people were throwing the food and not polite at all. They were working with air pods in. Here with my parents and they are very unhappy and out of everything.

My daughter and I had a blast here. Not because it is an inherently fun place to be but because of the hilariously bad service. We ordered 2 veggie burrito bowls, and without telling them what we wanted on it, we had a bowl that was just full of fajita peppers. Not sure why. I'm not a huge fan but we didn't complain. We asked for mild and got spicy queso, we asked for cilantro we didn't get, and asked for lettuce but not a full bowl of almost unchopped lettuce. We sighed but went to check out where the girl behind the counter wouldn't give us our bag until she swiped her Instagram stories a few times. 10/10 establishment.
